Hi, I'm Savannah!

I am a digital media major at Dreyfoos school of the arts. Most of the elements included in this portfolio are a result of my membership in the yearbook, as a reference staffer. I have had an intense passion for all things design, photo, and journalism for as long as I can remember. I am so excited for the many opportunities to come so that I can continue to chase my passions and shape my abilities as a journalist--one project at a time.

My story

I joined the school's award-winning yearbook, the Marquee, as a sophomore this year. I have enjoyed every second in the reference section, from gathering quotes to organizing spread layouts. My past experience, such as taking creative photography and design as a digital media major, and journalism classes including yearbook back in middle school, have all led up to where I am today, and I am forever grateful for all of these opportunities.
